Why is it "for 3 season use" .
I love the look of it and the hanging ones but want something that will work in Winter too.

Answer:
We cannot guarantee how well this light will work in winter hence only 3 season use. You may find, with a great solar panel location, that it will still work in winter but not as long as it would in summer.
