The Solar Centre offers free 4-7 working day delivery on all our products and this is included in the prices of all the products you see on our website. Some orders to Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland are excluded from Free Delivery. Please note that the default shipping option is our £4.99 ASAP Delivery service.

2-3 Day Delivery Service - £3.99

2 - 3 day orders placed before 4pm (Mon-Fri) will arrive within 2 - 3 days.

Saturday Delivery - £9.99

Receive a one hour delivery window by text or email in the morning so you're not waiting in all day!

Orders must be placed any working day but no later than Friday 4pm.

Entering the wrong address details by mistake

If your order hasn't been sent we can change your address details easily so please let us know as soon as you can. If your order has shipped via DPD we will do what we can to retrieve your order, but unfortunately, this isn't always possible. Unfortunately, orders sent via Dispatch Bay (who use the Royal Mail network) can't be retrieved once they have been sent. SolarCentre can not accept liability if the wrong address details were imputed during checkout so please take care when entering your details.

International Delivery Information

Our website will automatically calculate your delivery cost for you before you make payment. If your country is not listed on a our checkout pages please contact us for a quote. Unfortunately, The Solar Centre cannot send orders over 2kg overseas. You are welcome to place multiple orders or you can remove items from your basket to get your order weight below 2kg. You may be liable for import taxes in your country of residence.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail using their International Signed For service. Typically your order will arrive within 7 working days, but please allow up to 28 days for all international orders to arrive. Please contact your local sorting office if your item has not arrived within 28 days.
