2 Metres of cable between the light and panel.
There are fixing screws with the light, so ideally these would need to be screwed down to secure the panel. As you say we would not recommend adhesive pads or any other adhesive alternative due to the weather conditions it would not remain stable.
It comes with a fixing screws, however if you cannot use these then I am unsure of how else you could fix it to ensure that it remains stable, as the adhesive will not work outside. Perhaps you could place some cable ties through the small holes and just make sure that it is tightly done up, however we do recommend the light is screwed down.
The light would work better if the panel was to be charged outside.
These come with sticky pads as well these are included as well as screws.

The solar power is stored in the rechargeable battery in the panel, which then runs it and then recharges the next day via the panel.
I am afraid not. It only comes in a warm white.
