Yes, solid metal 200mm threaded spike is included that is designed to be pushed into the ground. The light is rated IP65.

You have two choices:

• Fix the post to a hard surface using the fixings provided.
• Alternatively, screw the solid metal spike into the space and stake it into soft ground.

It comes on automatically when it's dark. It does work during winter using intelligent powersaving to slowly reduce the brightness as the battery depletes in order to maximise runtime.
