Hi,
The Elan lights are not USB chargeable.
Unfortunately, the lights will not work with just the solar panel. The panel generates energy from UV light, which is stored in the batteries and output in order to power the lightbulb. Without the energy storage provided by the battery, the lights will not switch on. Hope this helps!
You could use string hooks to install the lights on the wall.
Just one AA battery and they are easy to change, just unscrew the back of the solar panel.
These are powered by a separate solar panel.
These are a warm white colour.
These are made of plastic.
