These only come with green cable. Our Vintage Lumify comes wit ha clear cable.
Hello,
Our lights are designed to work in all weather conditions, if you store them away the battery may deplete so much that they might not come back on.
No, unfortunately not.
We can certainly supply the battery.
HI Judith, The mode changing button is on the tube. The on and off button is a switch left to right and the mode changin gis a single round button just to press
Hi Anna, The total length of the 300 Lumens would be 32 meter long

Hi,
The Lumify will remember which mode you have used and will continue to light up in that mode night after night, so you will not need to change them.
Hello! There are 100 lights on the 100 string and 300 on the 300 string.
Yes, that's correct so when it's dark, the panel senses it's dark and it will automatically come on.
The lights will work for 8 hours, once they have been fully charged via the USB cable.
You can take only the control tube indoors and charge the battery via the USB cable that is provided.
We do sell a replacement string if that has been damaged.
Please click here
We would not recommend using the lights only with the control tube.
You will have to charge them quite often.
The on/off switch button is on the control tube and the lights will work if the battery has been charged via the USB cable.
It is safe for the fairy lights to be installed on plants etc.
The panel has to be exposed in direct daylight. Charging batteries through glass won't be sufficient.
You can order the batteries direct from us, they are here
Yes this is possible. Please refer to the 'indoor' section on how to ue them.
Yes this is possible. Please refer to the 'indoor' section on how to use them in this way.
Up to 12 nights with little help from the sun.
Thebattery is located here
No, you can just leave them out all year round.
I am afraid that you cannot adjust the brighness on these lights.
But there is a Powersaving 'p' mode were it reduces the brightness but doubles runtime.
That would not be enough amount of solar energy for the lights to charge through the solar panel. However, you can charge them via the usb cable that is provided.
yes, you can purchase all the parts separately if you need to:
please search for 'replacement Lumify' at the search bar of our website and it will bring up all the options.
I am afraid that we do not have an extention cable available that can be used between the solar panel and the sting of LED's.
We do not sorry! If you email us [email protected] we can try and do a bespoke quote.
Yes, these will charge when in the off position.
It depends on how bad the break is. We once stapled through the wire once and half went out and the rest stayed on..
The charging tube will turn from red to green.
There is a timer within the lights that will turn them off after that time. If they do not go off it sounds like there is a light nearby that might be flashing on/off the panel, this will reset the timer. Please do check that out as it will assume it is day time and then night again!
The lights will not come on if there is any ambient light as you describe as it will assume it is daytime. The way to counteract this is to unplug the solar panel, but you must remember to plug it back it or it will not charge the next day.
The solar panel on the 300's has a slight border around the panel whereas the 100 panel does not. If you mean the green charging tubes, then if you have a 100 set attached to a 300, they will work but very dimly, if you have a 300 tube conencted to a 100 set, they will be very bright. The tubes also now come with markings to tell you which is which.
Yes, you can but the panel charges during the daylight so you would be limiting the charge it gets but as the lumify range is usb you can boast them now and again. By removing the panel connection the lights will come on or by covering the panel to make the lights think it night time.
Yes, the light comes with a fixing bracket.
In our Lumify range, we only do 100s and 300s. Our Elan range we offer 100s and 200s
USB to mini USB should work. You can purchase replacement batteries here.
You can find the replacement strings here
Hi, currently we have no plans on designing Lumify Solar net lights but thank you for the feedback.
We can't go into too much detail about the exact process used to stop this problem however it took almost 12 months to perfect and has been flawless since launch.
