Make sure you follow the instructions to make sure that the base is really tight as if it is not tight enough it will let water in.

We do recommend charging the light via the USB cable for 6 hours.

If you want to charge the light through daylight, you have to keep it switched off and it can take up to 5 days, depending on the weather conditions.

I can't undo the bottom of my mini sphere light as it's very tight and can't work out how to use the base wrench

Please use the three 'feet' and place them in the holes, then pop the wrench over one of those and move the wrench in the direction of the unlock symbol.

These lights can work both indoors and outdoors. There are waterproof but not suitable to soak in water etc.

Answer:

The panel is in the base of the light and will re-charge in the sun, so you will not have to remove it. There is the USB function so you can unscrew the base and bring it in to USB charge if you want to.

In Indoor Mode your Shapelight will operate much like a normal mains powered light. It will turn on when you switch it on and turn off when you switch it off
