Please can I ask whether you have tried leaving the lights switched off for 3-5 days? I would recommend 5 if the weather is particularly overcast. Our lights can come partially charged and might work straight away, whereas others need a boost.
If after this time the light still has not come on I would recommend you check where the light is placed and to make sure that there is no heavy shading on the panel or anything obstructing the panel from receiving a full charge.
Please also check that there is no outside light (from a neighbours house/your own property) that is getting onto the light in the evening and causing it to believe it is daytime. To test this please do cover the panel with something dark, if the light does come on please test the light elsewhere away from the light source.
Hi Paul, The panel is based on the top of the ligh head it is all built in and there are no leads
Hi,
Yes, that is mode C or the third click.
The light is is £29.99
The internal battery has the average lifespan of 2 to 3 years, however it is replaceable, and therefore the product can run for a very long time.
This light is made from toughened plastic.
It would be around 150/200 lumens when set to dusk till dawn.
It would be light enough to see around where the light is located.
Unfortunately, the batteries cannot be changed in these lights as they are wired in. The main cause of flashing is not having enough charge. I would suggest switching your light off and allowing it to charge in a sunny position for 4-5 days. If the issues continue, please contact our support team.
yes, it's mode 3, the light will only illuminate when motion is detected.
That is correct. Mode B:Light is set to remain at low brightness until motion is detected which activates mid brightness for up to 25 seconds
The motion sensor can reach up to 8m.
The solar panel is integrated.
This light cannot be permanently on I am sorry.
You will have to use mode C.
Please see below:
Mode A:Light is set to remain at low brightness
Mode B:Light is set to remain at low brightness until motion is detected which activates mid brightness for up to 25 seconds
Mode C:Light is only set to activate when motion is detected
It would be mode 3.
Press on the switch button 3 times to activate the PIR sensor.
This cannot be adjusted.
I am a little confused by your question. Please see the different modes below, hopefully, this helps. If the light is physically turned off it will remain off. If the light is turned on you can choose one of the modes below and it will work as you have asked it to night after night.
Mode A: Light is set to remain at low brightness
Mode B: Light is set to remain at low brightness until motion is detected which activates mid
brightness for up to 25 seconds
Mode C: Light is only set to activate when motion is detected [This is the best mode for Winter]
That's right. The on/off switch button is located next to the PIR sensor.
That can affect the performance of the unit.
It can make the panel into thinking that it is daylight and stop it from working.
It is an LED. The bulb is included and pre-installed.
yes, there is an on/off switch button.
Please see the instructions for the different modes. You can have either A/B/C
To switch between the different modes, short press for 1 second
Mode A: Light is set to remain at low brightness
Mode B: Light is set to remain at low brightness until motion is detected which activates mid
brightness for up to 25 seconds
Mode C: Light is only set to activate when motion is detected [This is the best mode for Winter]
The panel is integrated and located on top of the light. It has to be installed on a South facing wall.
