The UK's favourite solar lighting designer and retailer is shining even brighter in the wake of an upgrade to a trio of its most popular products. Featuring intelligent power saving technology, the reimagined designs offer SolarCentre buyers even higher performance levels than their best-selling predecessors.
The enhanced performance is made possible thanks to the specially developed XT Power Saving Top. Engineered to maximise brightness in the summer and double runtimes on shorter days, the cutting edge technology gives the lights an all season edge. The product is also integrated with power saving technology which gives owners the option of reducing brightness in order to achieve longer run times when daylight is scarce.
David Eaton, Director said, “We're continually looking at ways to enhance and improve our range, and when our customers started to encounter issues with three of our best-selling products we immediately took action. Our engineers have spent the past few months developing a series of upgrades that make the Canterbury, London and Durham designs superlative solar power lighting solutions for any outdoor setting. Come rain or shine, buyers can enjoy the total peace of mind that when the sun goes down their XT series lights will still shine bright.”
The upgrades have been rolled out to three of the company's most popular products. As part of the Silverlight range, the Canterbury Solar Wall Light features a sleek design and sublime stainless steel finish. The duo of London Solar Post Lights boast next generation surface mounted diode (SMD) technology for an ultra-bright shine while the 800mm tall Durham Solar Post Light is a modern and stylish addition to any outdoor space. All now feature the XT Power Saving Top to repel water, increase brightness, save power and ensure exceptional all season performance.
One of the biggest pitfalls of solar powered lights is the lack of charge time during the darker winter months. Solar Centre has addressed this issue head on and developed an intelligent all season design that ensures the lights work just as well in the midst of winter as they do during the height of summer.
Britain is notoriously rainy which means outdoor lights must be able to effectively repel moisture. The XT series now benefits from IP44 compliant watertight top pieces that eliminate the chance of water ingress in the solar panel and SMD bulb compartment. A waterproof housing has also been added to the underside of the XT series top which shelters the batteries and inner circuitry from ambient moisture.
Already the new lights have received glowing reviews from customers.
