We have had a solar post light now for around 3 years, with perfect satisfaction. When it failed to switch on we assumed that we would need to purchase a complete replacement. But were surprised and very pleased to find that there was the option of buying only the cap unit, which contains the actual light, at a fairly nominal price. I brought a set of London usb Solar Post Lights, unfortunately one of the tops failed to work after a couple of days. I phoned them and they sent me a replacement top. Again this new top failed again. On contacting them again they offered to send out another top or to refund me for the set. After they explained to me that it was found to be a faulty batch of tops I agreed to accept another one, so far all is OK. This is a very good service from Solar Centre.

I have had the London Post lights along my path for some years now and after all year round use for some years a few had stopped working. I was very pleased to find I could order replacement tops without the need to buy the whole thing again. I recently purchased some replacement tops for my mini solar post lights and 2 new London Post Lights. One new light worked fine but one cut out after a couple of months. Tried charging with USB for 3 days but still would not come on. Rang up and a replacement top was sent with no quibble which I received the next day.. I have dealt with this company for a number of years and they are superb especially if you have a problem and I love the lights, they work very well and are far superior to anything you buy from a garden centre.
