I'm very pleased with these lights. They look so pretty ( I ordered 2) Unfortunately one had a crystal that had broken in half and sticks out . I have hidden it at the back but it annoys me because I know it's there lol. Firstly I must say how helpful this company has been. They are knowledgeable , friendly and efficient. The first Hanging crystal ball only lit up through the blue and green spectrum. The company apologised and a new one was sent immediately. The second one lit up through the entire colour spectrum but only when resting on the garden table. When I tried to hang it up it only worked intermittently. Once again the company said a replacement would be sent immediately. I am hoping it will be third time lucky. Even though I have been unlucky with the product I am going to give 5 stars to the company for being so helpful
