I needed to have my light in a place which gets little sun and the cable that came with it was not going to be long enough, so ordered an extension cable at the same time. This means that I can have the solar panel right at the top of the garden where it will get sun even in winter.

Easy to add into the set Verified Purchase
So few companies offer the extension. It allowed me to fit the light to the front of the house (north-facing) and the solar panel on the back (south-facing) with the cable running though the garage. The connections are so easy.

This was my third purchase from SolarCentre and arrived quickly. I took a chance with this cable as I was hoping it would fit an old solar light system, but it didn't; but that was down to me. The quality seems good, though of course I have been unable to try it out. The moulded ends have weather protected fixings similar to other SolarCentre connectors.
