Does just what it says on the can. Easy to assemble, easy to work and giving almost too bright a light...had to turn them to 'low' to avoid planes landing on my driveway!

1 | 0 Only had these up for a few days, but they look great, light my dark path well and seem to last on a single charge for as long as needed - difficult to tell how they will fare in autumn/winter as they seem reluctant to come on before about 2200 at the moment and (I assume)go off at sunrise around 0430 - when I'm asleep, but they have satisfied me for the moment.

7 | 0 I purchased 6 post lights and 2 mini wall lights. The colour (wavelength) of light produced is excellent and welcoming. I have all lights in their 'power save' mode, in this mode they make my neighbor's solar garden lights look as though they're switched off! The post and wall lights are bright which cannot be denied, they're also lovely to look at when illuminated. Overall these lights look good up-close, are well made and are easy to install; at time of writing they have a long runtime however, the true test will be around and over the winter solstice in the UK. Will they perform the same way mid-January? Time will tell and I'll be happy to write a follow-up review then. However, I should say, there's no reason to suggest they won't perform because the solar panels are quite large - a good sign but again, time will tell. So far, so good, 4/5 for now.

8 | 0 Having purchased some solar lights from a mainstream DIY store, which were very poor in terms of light and some would shine brighter than others, these lights are excellent. They are very well made, look stylish, modern and emit a good amount of light, shining the garden up very well. They are not the cheapest but it's worth paying the extra to get these quality lights. Originally ordered 5 boxes, 10 lights in total and another box as they were so good.

Got up at 3:30 one morning to use the bathroom and they were still on and very bright. (Still on power saving mode as it is bright enough).

6 | 0 These lights are all they proclaim to be and I really cant believe how long they stay on for. Following a really sunny day, the lights stayed on all night, on power saving mode. They give off just enough blue white light to see my way up a dark garden path. So much better that the cheap alternatives. Well worth every penny.

4 | 0 I bought 6 of these (3 boxes of 2) to replace the typical cheap DIY store type which had proved very disappointing. I installed them 2-3 weeks ago after giving them a thorough charge and have found them excellent. I have used both solar cell panels (i.e. deployed the moveable top cell panel) on each and used the reduced power option. In initially comparing the standard and power saving options I couldn't see much difference in brightness. 4 illuminate a paved area well enough for walking at night and 2 mark a parking position brightly. It was worth paying the much higher price to get something that actually does the job.

This was only in the depths of winter and probably not helped by their being in the shade of next door almost all day in the winter months. From about mid-Feb they have lasted through the night.

7 | 0 Hi We went online to find some lights for the gate posts as we live somewhere with no street lights and found backing out of our drive difficult at night. We were accidentally sent the wrong lights that we ordered at first but this was quickly put right in a short phone call and our correct lights arrived the next day!! Really fab service. However we also loved the other light we were sent which actually did the job better than the ones we ordered so we are ordering some more of those as well!! The post lights have gone in our garden and they are also fabulous - much better than anything we have bought before. We will be ordering from here again.

7 | 0 I've bought a lot of slightly cheaper solar lights over the years and all of them stop working pretty quickly. These are marginally more expensive but significantly better. After a month of VERY low light levels these are still going strong giving at least 6hrs of light. Really pleased!

10 | 0 I got these to light the steps leading up to our house, which were almost invisible at night. We live in central Scotland and we're not far off the shortest day, yet the lights are still glowing first thing (when it is still dark) at dog walk time. They are set at power saving (I've not tried normal setting) and this is enough to see the steps - I didn't really want very bright lights to be on all the time anyway. They do what I wanted and I'm very happy with them.

8 | 0 These look lovely and match our kodiak wall lights. We've had the smaller wall version for a few years and they have stood up to all weathers very well from 30+C to about -8C at the worst. Sun, rain, frost and snow. Still working as if new. Just flip out the second solar panel to make sure they get well charged. The post version are just great too. Good height but being straight into the ground it is a little time consuming to get the correctly perpendicular. Maybe a metal spike would be better than plastic?

They all work well all year (though in winter they dont work all night but I dont need that anyway I just need them on until late evening for late returns). They are in a south facing garden. Yes robust non-rusting metal spikes would be a distinct improvement but would up the price. Just be gentle with the plastic spikes when setting up.

7 | 0 Really pleased with these lights, good value for money. A good strong light. Quick delivery and packaged well for the destination to Italy. The plastic base/spike can be fragile, but if you follow the instructions you shouldn't have a problem. But a metal spike would be a better option, but I understand this would affect the price. The Italian locals are also impressed so look out for more possible orders.

6 | 0 I bought six of these and am going to get four more as they are absolutely fantastic. They charge really well and provide enough light along the garden path and light up my shrubs beautifully. They are stylish and contemporary looking so would suit ant garden design. I am a garden designer and have recommended these lights to ten of my clients who did not to spend money on fixing electric cables . It saved them hundreds of pounds ... happy clients. I would definitely recommend them.

6 | 0 These lights are well constructed with an ingenious solar collector that enables one to double the size though I'm not sure yet if it impacts on the charging time. The lights are bright enough but are better suited as markers than to illuminating large areas. They do look stylish though. Haven't had them long enough yet to evaluate their long term efficiency so I'll maybe review again after a year or so. What would be useful is an option for ones twice as tall which would distribute the light better at ground level.

7 | 0 After buying the wedge shaped security light from the Solar Centre & being amazed at how good it was, we tried the 2 pack of Kodiak post lights. We had a slight issue at first, in that one had been slightly damaged in transit. This was swiftly remedied after a call to the Solar Centre & I can now report that the lights are in- situ and really do work well. I would say - don't bother with the stuff in the local garden centre, as it really is worth paying a bit more to get a well made product that really works. We will definately be buying other stuff from them in the near future!

Thy are much brighter than the 'plug and play' lights I have in another part of my garden and am considering replacing the 'plug and play lights' ( the majority of which failed within 3 years), with solar lights.

7 | 0 Really pleased! After reading the reviews I thought I would give these solar lights a go. Quick delivery and easy to assemble. After the first afternoon in my garden they shone like electric lights in the dark! They have 2 settings on them so you can decide whether to have them set on a power saving mode. I put one light on each setting and cant see much difference in their brightness. Look forward to seeing how they perform during the winter months. Definitely worth spending a bit more for these lights.

7 | 0 They look good, they are sufficiently bright (I was actually surprised at how bright) so work well to run alongside a garden path. My only gripe is that they are deceptively lightweight. I think a strong breeze would blow them over when staked into soil. I may consider cementing in.

6 | 0 Looked at lots of options online, but it's always difficult when you can't see the goods. I finally chose these and made a good one. They look and operate like a quality product, with very clear instructions, not that you need to do much. Gives off good light (check the lumens rating) and has 2 different setting for longer battery life and little compromise in light output. Very pleased with my purchase. Oh and apparently powered by rechargeable AAs so if you get a problem down the line you can easily replace.

7 | 0 Having researched solar light Decided on these as they offered what i perceived as abetter quality and easy to install . I was however sceptical that they would produce enough light. I wanted them to light up a walk way at the end of a private road. I followed instructions and charged up for two days prior to use. I must say these are very impressive and we live in a totally black out area. Fantastic light omitted on the P setting and come on at dust and last for a number of hours. So far so good . As you have reduced these light I have just ordered two more post lights and two mini wall lights I was so impressed.

7 | 0 I have tried many types of solar lights before but all inevitably have ended up in the bin. I believe you get what you pay for and these lights fall into that bracket. They are a quality product and perform well even in the winter months. Would recommend without hesitation.

6 | 0 I have reviewed several solar light products before stumbling onto this website. Recently bought four number of the said lights for two reasons. The first these have two solar panels and secondly the reviews. The two larger models are in the garden and look and operate beyond expectation. The two smaller are going back only to exchange for the larger model. Impressed enough we are considering more and string lights.

7 | 0 Quite simply they are excellent. We had 6 last year, and they are so good we have bought another 4 this year for other parts of the garden. They worked throughout the winter and give off a glow you simply don't expect from solar lights. Highly highly recommended.

6 | 0 Previous review Oct 16I. 'm amazed that through these recent months of grey skies my 4 lights are still going strong and have amazed me. They are coming on around 6pm and my neighbour told me today that they were apparently still on a 6am this morning!!! There was a period over the hardest winter months they were on for a short period but you don't really need to see your garden then. I would also like to point out I have quite a lot of tall bamboo which will restrict light to my garden. The lights have massively surpassed my expectations and the quality has still lasted - no rust or corrosion. I highly recommend them.

7 | 0 Fabulous lights that fit in perfectly to our new contemporary garden. Surprised how long they work for even now in late October. They come on around 6ish and last to just gone midnight, giving off a nice strong light. I also have two of the mini versions too and will definitely be buying some more. Thoroughly recommended

7 | 0 The customer service I received when there was a problem with one of the lights (the top was jammed and could not be removed) was exemplary: a replacement one was sent instantly. I also appreciate that you are using DPD: they are streets ahead of other companies, in giving accurate delivery slots : good choice. The lights are working extremely well even with little sunlight to charge them: they have remained on all through the night. I like being able to move them around. My only negative is the whiteness of the light (and/or the plastic): I find it quite harsh and wonder if it is not possible to offer these with a warmer LED light? I will explore your products further, and will recommend you to friends and family.

6 | 0 I have to say I was sceptical about solar lights after purchasing some solar fairy lights from a household named 'offer site' and was disappointed. However, I am amazed at these lights. Totally love them and bought 2 more to finish off my small garden. The lights are bright but subtle so don't look like Blackpool Illuminations which I was a bit afraid off. Don't want to upset the neighbours! The light bounces of each other now I have got four and they last till well into the morning. Not expensive and cost nothing to run with no need for a sparky or wires in my garden. I did have one that wasn't as bright as the others and I was sent a replacement top straight away so fantastic customer service. I have had them for a while now and love looking out at my garden in the evening. Cannot recommend them enough. These have the additional solar panel. I'm waiting for my fairy lights to be delivered now.

6 | 0 Ordering and delivery were as one expected, very good. They were charged as per instructions and one worked perfectly but the other one took another four days before it started to work as advertised. I choose these as it said that the batteries could be replaced, very good idea. I am not so sure about the adjustable solar panel though, it could be very vulnerable. It would be better if it was angled at, say, 45 degrees in a solid frame. Also the spike should be metal.

We've deliberately kept the solar panel adjustable so you can have the posts situated exactly as you want them with the solar panel angled (and rotated on top) as required. The same applies to the Kodiak Solar Wall Light too where it's even more important to offer that flexibility. If you do have any issues let us know however we've been selling these for just over 12 months now and haven't had any breakages so we're confident in the design and strength of them.

Ordered them to put on corner posts on decking. Easily installed and very stable. Lights give off a good level of light for sitting out on decking. Very pleased and happy with every part of the process and the product itself. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

7 | 0 I purchased these to replace solar lights that were starting to fail. They have turned out to be the best solar lights we have ever purchased. They remain lit, on full power, literally all night in the summer, even after cloudy days, something none of the old lights ever managed, no matter how sunny the daytime was. The double solar panel really does the job well in keeping the batteries charged up. The light is also very bright and with 4 of these round the patio they give a level of illumination we have never achieved previously. Definitely recommended.

6 | 0 Really pleased with the performance of these lights so far, the way you can change the charging panels so they get the most sunlight means you can put these in just about any place and adjust the charging panels as needed. Will see how these perform in the winter. That said if the perform like the fixed wall ECO Wedge Solar Motion Welcome Light which I fitted last year on a South facing wall then I think there will be no issues at all.

7 | 0 Originally I ordered some 10 of these as a present for my Dad. I was so impressed I then ordered 6 for my own garden. Even with the free delivery option they arrived in a couple of days with notification of the 1 hour delivery window on the day. Lovely glow even in 'power save' mode. I have bought many different types of the years to then be very frustrated when they die & you have the bin them - the attractive part to these is you can easily replace the batteries. Only time will tell if they have staying power & are a long term top purchase! I would highly recommend these to anyone given my experience to date with the product & supplier.

7 | 0 Nice product, excellent packaging, give off a really bright light given that they are solar. Only issue, is that the plastic securing the mounting spike is a little brittle, so make a hole before you try and plant it.

4 | 0 Received lights next day. Lights are bright and stay on all through the night (which can be a pain), but they don't offer a great deal of down lighting. Security lights cause them to turn off whilst the light shines on them. Good value, I ordered another 2.
