I ordered 2 USB Post Tops but unfortunately, even in bright sunlight, they would not re-charge. Tried to coax them into action by charging them with the USB lead kindly provided by Nicole at customer services but they were determined to stay faulty! Nicole then sent me 2 replacements and those are working perfectly. I can't speak highly enough of the customer services of this company - always pleasant and helpful with absolutely no quibble.

On receipt of the top, I charged it and then found it only switched on using the switch and not automatically at dusk, although if switched on in the dark it did automatically switch off at dawn.
