I have had a larger set before and was very pleased so ordered these , very strong solid lights and very bright at night have never let me down even in bad weather the shine and if they are dim , you can recharge the battery . Brilliant.

Nice soft warm white lights which are gentle on the eye and so much nicer than the really bright whites. We have them around our gazebo and they look just magical. They last well too - worth the price for sure

4 | 0 Lovely warm white colour (I hate the starkness of bright white). They have a decent sized solar panel and the option to USB charge is handy (though we've not used it since the initial charge). They are lasting well into the night in early September and we'll wait to see how they do in Winter. Very happy with the quality of the product.

More expensive - yes - but a quality head and shoulders above the cheap stuff around. Worked straight out the box, they look great, and so are 100% recommended. I will probably buy some more.

1 | 0 These lights address an important issue with most solar lighting: The fact that solar energy is not always reliable - especially in the Winter months. The power bank is encased in a sturdy looking capsule that houses a long lasting lithium battery. There is a cable provided for charging the battery from a regular USB charger. The solar panel can be removed if the lights are going to be used temporarily- for a party say. I used the lights every evening for six days straight without the solar panel connected and straight out of the box. We intend to use the lights all year round, not just at Christmas, indoors and outdoors. I inquired from customer service at The Solar Centre about the IP rating and was told that these lights are rated as IP65. We haven't had these for very long but already I feel that these are going to last a long time. I have owned many string lights over the years and these definitely look very sturdy and well made. We have already purchased four sets of these and would buy them again.

0 | 0 I have now got 3 sets of these lights. One I have put around the conservatory another around my gazebo and the 3rd around a shed. They are fabulous. Not really bright but I love them. I charge them up using the usb in winter months. Quality is excellent. May seem a bit pricy initially but last much longer and look much better than cheaper versions.

1 | 0 The construction and waterproofing seem pretty robust, and the solar panel is good enough to keep the bulbs lit (on full power) even after a string of dull days - so far anyway (about 10 days). Marked down a point because the lights are not as bright as I'd hoped. Plus the 100 light version has run out of length a bit earlier than expected, it won't go far when using it in a tree, even my small tree. I'd recommend the 300 light version for use in a tree, but that's quite expensive.

The lights are brilliant and having the USB option is invaluable and effortless to recharge. I have just put these in my mother's garden today and after a USB charge they look great. 0 | 0 I cant praise these Lumify fairy lights enough. I've had them wrapped around a garden arch in my north facing garden for a few years now. I very rarely have to bring in the superb detachable USB battery pack to recharge because the solar panel is so good. In fact, they have worked perfectly all this winter (on the power saving setting which is plenty bright enough anyway) and have not needed a boost. Over the years a few of the bulbs have stopped illuminating but that doesn't affect the rest of the string and isn't noticeable on the arch - though, I dare say it would if strung around the garden in a straight line. They have been such good value for money and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting reliable, good quality fairy lights.

1 | 0 As always quick delivery; this company is ACE. I fitted the 100 warm white LEDs around and across the ceiling of my little 2.5 X 1.5m summer house. Put the USB charger under the eaves for protection and the solar panel on the roof. Fabulous result. Really subtle, fairy-tale effect when it's fully dark.. However, would really like them to switch on slightly earlier so may devise a lightweight 'solar panel cover' which can be used at dusk to shut out the last vestiges of daylight. Great product. Thanks.

0 | 0 I have been buying these lights for around 3-4 years and my collection has grown from one set of warm white 100 lights and one set of warm white 300 lights, to, 6 sets of the 100 lights and 2 sets of the 300 lights. My front garden looks MAGICAL!! I get soooo many lovely comments from people passing by. I leave all my lights on all year round. I would highly recommend the lights and the company are brilliant. Extremely caring, friendly and genuine. They are very happy to help with any questions, no matter how big or small it might be. Suzie, in customer service is so helpful., understanding and very knowledgeable. It's always a pleasure to speak with her when I place an order. I am now starting to collect the mood USB lights indoors/outdoors. I have recommended the lights to a friend, who has now started her collection. It becomes addictive, but a lovely addiction😉

I'd bought several previous sets from other companies all of which were short lived and generally poor quality Although they are expensive, I would say they're worth every penny. The quality of all components is excellent with clear instructions for set up which are easy to follow I have a very small urban garden and the lights add a touch of magic. The light is soft unlike the harshness of some LED lights I am so impressed with this product that I am buying two more sets as gifts Also like to add that communication from the company is really good with regular updates regarding delivery etc...

0 | 0 I bought a set of 300 Lumify fairy lights a few years ago . I keep them up all the time and they are on every night.Have only had to charge them up using the USB charger a few times but it is brilliant you have that facility. Having extended the garden I bought these Warm white lights to have lighting all the way round the garden. This taught me that there is a big difference between white which are white, and warm white which by comparison are a golden light. So the colour of my original lights and the new ones didn't match. However as I rate these highly I've now ordered a set of 300 white fairy lights that will be coming tomorrow and I will use the warm white ones elsewhere. Sorry for long review but these are excellent lights and I only wish the lumify range with the USB facility was extended to include say solar floodlights/ security lights. Plus I want to say the delivery and service from the Solar Centre is excellent

6 | 0 So far so good. Bought these lights to wrap around tree during winter. Set up ok I use the permanent display setting, powered battery through usb connection for first run. Sunset in west of Scotland is 5pm at the moment and lights are still running after midnight > 7hours. So far even with cloudy days and 9 hours of daylight the lights have enough power to work past midnight. Will be interested to see how they run as battery ages. Happy with purchase, solar cell is decent size for the number of lights compared with cheaper versions. Wish I had gone for the 300 version.

3 | 0 This is the second string of Lumify fairy lights I've purchased - the first was 300 lights and this one being 100 lights. Incredibly easy to set up and the solar panel works well even with little UV. I haven't ever needed to charge with the USB but it's a great option if needed. Just as the sun goes down these little fairies automatically light up and bring a beautiful warm bright glow to our outdoor portico. We don't need over head lights using the 300 light string. Really good product. Worth spending a little extra.

I think the ability to charge the lights by USB is a great idea, this gives them an inital full charge and if I ever need to, I can bring the battery unit indoors to charge again. So far though, the solar panel has been more than sufficient for charging up the lights during the day.

It's February with very little natural sunlight but after a five hour mains charge to start us off they are still shining brightly in the garden a week later with no further mains charge. We are so pleased to find such a great set of solar lights.

The lumify USB solar fairy lights are on my Bay tree and looking lovely - they charged well using the USB and I have them set on power saving option due to time of year. So far so good. They look fab and appear to be really good quality. If they deliver as described (only had a week) and they are so far, I will look to buy more as they are the best solar lights I have ever purchased.

0 | 0 I now have had 6 sets of these lights in total, two 300 sets & four 100 sets in the last three years and they have never let me down. Excellent Quality and in the summer months they are still working right up to day light, the idea to be able to charge up the battery by a USB cable makes life so easy, as I might add I have not had to do so far. When the lights arrive I first charge up the battery with the USB cable and then string on to my Olive trees very effective, large solar panel that charges up the battery through the day, we are thinking about a 300 coloured set for next Christmas. Excellent customer service too.

I have had my first set about a year and every night without fail, even through wind and rain, their warm glow twinkles along my fence. A few months ago I bought a second set which reliably and beautifully light up and decorate the hedge every night. It is addictive! I want lights all around the garden, I shall definitely be buying some more. A couple of weeks ago I bought a set to give as a gift to some friends who had landscaped their garden ...... they loved them.

Very bright and not had much sun yet, will hope they carry on being so good. Nice twinkle to them, not too white so recommend the warm white version.

They were also really easy to charge via the USB and all the components look good quality and I have no reason to doubt they won't last a good long time. The one thing I would have appreciated is more detailed instructions on the accompanying leaflet how to fix the solar panel onto the stake .(if that is what one is meant to do?) and what that other tube shaped part is for ... it might very well just be me not being very practical-minded and it might be obvious for most people, but it wasn't for me. Not that it particularly matters, the lights work fine without - but I am a little intrigued how it is meant to be put together!

Unfortunately the additional mini LED globes which really make the lights stand out are no longer available from the Solar Centre but we were able to purchase these from another supplier who still had stock. They give off a lovely warm glow and I use them on Eco setting. Initially charged them by USB and now the solar panel keeps them on every evening. Happy customer - will buy again!

0 | 0 At last a unit that is very well waterproofed and last much longer than any other we have used. Other cheaper models seem to die after about a year, with water ingress being a major problem. On the cheaper models the solar cells cloud over after a few months and stop working altogether. We 4 pairs of the cheaper lights that are rubbish by comparison. These are the best on the market - long lasting - waterproof and leads that are sensibly long.

It is also good there is a half brightness option too - I found that on full brightness the battery did not charge up enough for the following night, but on the lower brightness the lights come on the following night just fine, even after a rainy winter day.

0 | 0 Lights seem to work well, ordered 3 sets but 1 set turned up with bits major missing and another had no charging cable, hopefully solar centre will rectify asap with new set. Just a shame I had to wait so long for them and missed summer, oh wait what summer!

0 | 0 The lights work fine (although no brighter than others I've used), and the connectors seem to be of reasonable good quality. The battery / control box (separate from the PV panel) is very well designed and should prove to be showerproof. The PV panel is of a good size, but I don't know how waterproof it is likely to be. It's too early to say how well these lights will stand the test of time - being brand new, I'd expect them to work ok!

0 | 0 Initially had an issue with charging via USB and had to return unit - apparently a battery malfunction. Matter was dealt with promptly via email with Luke and lights were returned to me quickly with a new battery. The lights are working well and look impressive on my patio. By John Few on Aug 1, 2015 despatched quickly. New item is working well.

0 | 0 I had to contact you to find out how to attach the panel to the stake. The clear instructions I was then sent should be included in the box. These lights are replacements for the old ones that stopped working so it is too early to comment on their reliability.
