0 | 0 We switched these on, placed them in the garden and they very quickly charged up and were ready to go. They give out a really bright white light and the charge lasts for hours. Bought in advance of having our drive block paved. Considering ordering more, just need to decide on where to position them.

1 | 1 I ordered 5 sets of these as instructed by garden designer. They arrived next day. They are waiting to be fitted as not at that stage in our landscaping yet. Gardener advised to take out of packaging and leave to charge,which we have done, and fortunately all 10 lights work well. So far so good.

0 | 0 Bought 2 sets of these solar brick lights about 4 years ago (2018) and they're still going strong. In the summer they stay on at full brightness until about 4 in the morning. In darker days they dont get much of a charge but they still stay lit up until midnight most nights. They're a lot brighter than I'd expected but not so bright they're obtrusive. I have a row of 4 spaced along the fence side of my driveway. It illuminates the drive so I can easily see the path to the front door and bins. Looks good at night as the wooden fence panels are subtly illuminated by a pleasing pure white light. They're the same dimensions as a block paving stone so they fit easily in the drive. Totally waterproof, sturdy, just awesome.

I charged the lights for longer than reccomended before installing them just to be on the safe side and they are now in position and are all working as expected, looking really good on my path. Separate note, regarding the customer service, as i have seen some reviews suggesting the service levels are not up to scratch, from my experience, the service received was brilliant, i had a small issue/query that the service team promptly resolved. The plastic has a nice sparkle effect to it. The lights are bright enough too. I placed an order for more and the shipping is super fast. Thanks for this amazing product. As I am writing this review the delivery carrier just delivered my others pavers xD Everything looks good but I will see how these do at night.

Luke was most helpful and despite the lockdown and limited staff he got my lights out to me really quickly. 1 | 0 I bought 8 around 18 months ago. when they were eventually installed 3 weeks ago, 2 of them were dead. When I emailed Solar Centre they explained they were out of warranty but offered a 50% discount on a replacement set. When I removed the dead 2 upon receipt of the new set, I relaced the standard rechargeable batteries with an Energizer battery. They work perfectly now and are installed in my steps. The batteries are easily replaced and upgrading to branded batteries has improved the units from standard; do this ONLY AFTER the warrantee has expired though as it will void the warranty by opening them I suspect.

These solar lights have been placed at regular intervals along the edge of the path, giving enough illumination to walk safely. It's a cool white light and quite bright and they charge well considering they are not in the sun all day.

0 | 0 These lights are just what the doctor ordered, well the driver did anyway. Getting on to my drive late at night is a little hit and miss because the street lighting is big joke around here. These simple additions to your block paving are the easiest and most practicle way of setting out the limits of the drive. I am so grateful to my son-in-law who had them installed in his drive and made me aware of the Solar Centre. Their value is beyond mere financial cost but for the purposes here I would say that they are very good value indeed.

2 | 0 We had these fitted last week (Dec ‘18) Work very well, they were easy to fit into our paved drive. They look very nice when lit up. They don't last all night some days but it is winter and without too much sun or daylight that's to be expected. I can't wait for summer when I expect the solar lights to be in their element. Would recommend them as a easier option than wired lights in terms of fitting and maintenance.

I wasn't really expecting too much out of them in the shade. I'll be lucky if they're still working at all by the end of December. I wonder if they could be made more efficient than they already are?

0 | 0 Now have four of these on edge of drive about 6ft apart. They cast a 4ft light up a wall and the white light is bright and gives a contemporary look. Just bought more. I have had same model for 12 months now and walk over them regularly and hose them down when washing car to keep them clean.

1 | 0 I was immediately impressed with the amount of information on the web site when deciding which lights to buy from what is a decent (and well-priced) selection. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. As the instructions indicated, I left them for 5 days to charge before installing and turning them on. and am now very pleased. (I am aware of the need to initially "condition" solar batteries but this is the first time I've come across a seller who makes this point so top marks for that). They give off a nice bright light without it being overpowering. They stay on for much longer than my old lights ever did,, well into the early hours. An added bonus is that they illuminate a statue beside the pathway very effectively. I'm 100% happy with my purchase.

When the gates are open people ask me as they pass by if they are mains operated because they are so bright they are very surprised when I say they are battery operated solar powered . These solar lights are even better because the screws are now underneath.No small clear rubber bungs covering the screws which are very easy to lose when changing the batteries. I am really pleased with them they look great outlineing my tarmac drive .

They also provide some security at night time (there have been thieves trying car doors/breaking in once the street lights have gone off and our street is extremely dark then. But our lights shine really bright so this is a deterrent as they will be seen! They charge up even on a dull day and last until the early hours of the morning when fully charged with a bright day. Easy to install. Love them.

Regrettably they have been there for a few years and don't last forever, despite changing the batteries and putting some with larger battery storage in. 1 | 0 We fitted 12 Paverlights last year and they were excellent apart from one which failed. The rain had got into the light and the inside was rusted and corroded - but Solarcentre replaced it. Fitting the replacement was really easy. We have just bought two more for the garden and when they arrived I was delighted to see the much improved design with screws under the rim instead of on top, that should make them really watertight. We have had many compliments from friends as they walk along the illuminated garden footpath. It gives the garden a magical quality and the lights stay bright for hours.

My only concern then was the screws at the top rusted quickly which would make it difficult if they sheared off when batteries had to be replaced. I provided feedback of this to the Solar Centre Team and I am very pleased to say that they made note and ended the design. Now the screws are at the bottom and are more resistant to rust. Well done to the dial Centre Team!

0 | 0 I purchased two sets of these for installation into my new block paved drive. They look fantastic and you would never think they were solar. Even at this time of year on a north facing drive they are working well and go well on into the early hours. Removing the original blocks can be tricky, I used a masonry drill to drill 4 holed across the middle width and then split the block using a bolster chisel. Each one takes around 5 mins to remove but you do have to keep chipping away with the bolster and an old wood chisel to remove the entire brick in small pieces. I will definitely buy more in the near future. They leave my neighbours Poundshop lights for dust. Impressive!

I bought the Solar Bricks to give some light of these areas and have replaced some of the brick, bricks with the solar ones. I was so impressed by the solar bricks that I have ordered some more to create a lighted path from the house to the pool. We have had a mixture of sunny days and dull miserable days and the lights have worked well on both occasions. They have remained light from about 7pm to 6am. So far I am really glad I bought them.

You could argue that even if they didn't work the look alone is worth it. However as they do work that's a double win. 0 | 2 My Partner Bought 3 packs(6) of these on the Internet, they looked good and the reviews were good, I must admit to thinking they might not be very bright and end up being a waste of money- was so wrong. Straight out the packet when I fitted them, they went on all night, a lot brighter than I anticipated. Have had so much reaction from the neighbours and even people passing by, I think a lot of these will start appearing on driveways. They are excellent. The small downside is they are very light in weight, and the first night, I just removed 6 paving blocks and placed them in the holes- we had a torrential downpour that night, and afterwards I found them floating in there own little pools as we live on a hill. So next day I cemented them in, because they are shouldered this works well- and also stops them being stolen. I'm so impressed with these.

I purchased the paverlight solar bricks for a patio project, I wasn't expecting them to be very bright the first night as they had not been in the daylight for long prior to installation, but they all came on at the same time and they were bright enough to light up the hedge behind them. I love these lights, they are robust so I don't have to worry about people treading on them and they look really good - they compliment my patio. I would definitely recommend these lights and I will be ordering other solar lights from Solar Centre.

1 | 0 These measured upto be the same as my paving blocks (check your measurements to avoid dissapointment). Arrived within two days, free delivery and best price on the net. The product itself is excellent, good, sturdy quality. These lights were simple to fit and add class to my driveway. I am worried that someone will come along and pull them out, but they look amazing and provide security for anyone walking up the drive to my house at night. The pack comes in a pair, which I feel is enough. I've seen some drives with 6 + and that's a little overkill so get as many as you really need for your drive (think about the size of the drive) and don't be too greedy. Overall, brilliant product, easy to install and works well. I would definately recommend this to a friend or neighbour, but at the moment I like being the only one on my road with these lights.. When the driveway is nearing completion I will be ordering another two pairs. I have since ordered two eco wedge solar motion welcome lights for the driveway gate posts.

The whole process from purchasing to delivery was lightning quick and spot on with email updates at every stage of the delivery etc. purchased a total of 8 units to which I wont hesitate to order more, the finished product was so good the next door neighbour didn't hesitate to copy my driveway light design. will 100% recommend to anyone as my driveway know looks like a runway ^^, Thanks Solar Centre. Delighted with the performance (charged in one day instead of the recommended three and stayed alight all night from 5pm until 7am the following morning - wow! not bad for a sunny day in February?) Attention to detail and build quality is great, even the 8 screws holding the clear covers on even were sealed over with clear silicone to prevent risk of any water ingress - nice touch!. Suitably impressed, I have now bought another 18 units for my driveway. I have shown them to the driveway installer - he has asked for name/address of seller as he likes them as well. Thanks Solar Centre. Very happy

2 | 0 Good Product not very heavy so need to stop storm water getting under it by filling large joints which have big gap where it tapers in very carefully it otherwise will float up in storm. I am probally going to use jointing slurry after this happened to me.

Was expecting Police helicopters swooping on my greenhouse any moment.(did you see that film where Brenda Blythin was growing cannabis?)They are so amazingly bright, even (fussy Husband was impressed) Unfortunately, not in new drive as yet, as he hasnt been able to remove the pavers

However, I have now ordered a new set and I am hoping that they last a little bit longer than the initial one. They are an ideal solar light for near our front door and I am very, very pleased with the service from this company.

1 | 0 Despite their claim on web site "this light works in winter" I bought 12 in summer , 3 went faulty within a month (they replaced FOC , other 9 were struggling to work as winter days approached -they have replaced all 12 with NEW APPROVED" this struggle to come on during winter & will only last few hrs

Free delivery was selected but I received my order within a couple of days Brilliant customer services after having a faulty light a replacement was sent out and received within a week. Provide great lighting around my driveway. Would highly recommend sticking the lights in place after having my stolen within 3 days of being laid.
