Quick replacement of solar panel Verified Purchase
After a few months of working fine, our solar lights stopped working. We noticed that when we charged the battery pack, the lights would work for a few hours, but then failed again the next day. We ascertained that the problem was with the solar panel itself, and we contacted the Solar Centre, who very professionally and quickly issued us with a new panel, and the lights work perfectly once more. As another reviewer has already said, we are glad that this time we paid a little more and bought better quality lights from a great company, who could not have been more helpful.

When the lights gave up working I thought I would have to bin them, but a quick chat with customer service, gave me a couple of tests to do and ascertained that the problem was the solar panel. As the lights still had 2 days to run on their guarantee a replacement panel was despatched and received the next day. All up and working again. I wish I had discovered this Company before wasting money on slightly cheaper sets from elsewhere.
