Customer Reviews - Replacement Tube - Lumify 300 LEDs
Our lights stopped working after a couple of years. (We bring them in during winter) I paid more than normal for this brand as it stated it was hard wearing and had replacement parts available. Anyway it took me a while to work out which component had failed and I thought it was the charging tube, I checked before buying that I could return the item if I’d picked the wrong bit. I was told this was fine. Anyway it turned out to be the tube and they are working fine again. Am glad these do have replacement parts as it would be a shame to have to throw the whole lot away and start over. Hopefully nothing else will fail though.

0 | 0 I love these Lumify solar lights. They are hugely reliable and of excellent quality. One of mine sets got damaged and Solar Centre were very quick to advise me how to repair the relevant bits and they helped me get the necessary replacement parts rather than replacing the whole thing. I am very impressed with Solar Centre as a company and with their products. Thank you!

0 | 0 As a replacement for an old tube which had suffered water ingress, it works and the company's service was first class, and friendly. Sadly now the solar panel doesnt work to 'turn on' and also needs to be replaced. With a new tube, new battery and now a new panel, it is nearing the cost of a completely new set. That said these solar lights have been the most superior product on the market having given me over 3 years of trouble free performance. I do not hesitate to recommend them highly.

0 | 0 Looks like I posted a year ago. Replacement tube failed after a few weeks this winter. Just received a new replacement tube with no fuss at all. It works out of the pack but I won't know until Christmas whether it has staying power. I have 11 sets of Lumify lights (so far!) and love them. They really do charge up well during our short winter days and cheer up the nights. SolarCentre has always provided great customer service. Can recommend.

0 | 0 One set of lights didn't work well from the outset I emailed the company and they recommended we did a few simple test rather than sending the whole set back Lumify promptly sent out another tube Good service support ðŸ‘
