I bought a pillar light in May and all was well up until about a couple of weeks ago when it stopped charging out in the garden, I thought maybe it hadn’t been sunny enough so I charged it via usb and then put it back outside but after a few days it stopped lighting up so I charged it via usb again and phoned The Solar Centre customer services who said they would send me a replacement base free of charge as it was still under guarantee and it arrived 2 days later and after charging it up it’s now outside glowing nicely!! Very happy!! Thank you

0 | 0 Always an excellent service from this company. I have now got to shaplight globes. My oldest one stopped charging so I ordered a base. and now it works fine. I would recommend the Solar Centre to everyone.

0 | 0 I have 3 of these and they have been fine for a couple of years until 2 stopped charging. Tried to fine out how to replace the base without success, so emailed the solar centre who replied quickly with a link and a discount code. Replacements arrived 2 days later. Extremely pleased.

0 | 0 Sphere light only worked inside on mains. Would not charge the base for outside solar use. Telephoned the Solarcentre, new base unit delivered the following day and all works perfectly fine. Love the light (purchased 4 different shapes/sizes) and very pleased with the service and prompt solving of the issue. Thank you.

0 | 0 bought a shapelight bit it only worked indoors, not outside. Emailed Solar Centre support who sent a replacement base within a couple of days which works perfectly. Very happy with their customer service. I’ve bought over 10 items over the years, have had a couple of issues, all resolved. Overall, very happy with the quality of their lights.

0 | 0 I bought a shapelight globe and after charging, it worked indoors but not outside. I contacted the Solar Centre who asked us to try a couple of things but when it still wouldn’t work they sent a replacement base within a couple of days which works perfectly. Very happy with their customer service. I’ve bought quite a few items over the years and this is the first issue I’ve had so I am also very happy with the quality of their lights.

0 | 0 Bought three pebble lights and I was extremely pleased but one base wasn't charging from solar only USB. A few months old emailed The Solarcentre and a replacement free of charge was sent out the same day, what service. I will definitely be a returning customer, one of my work colleagues has also bought lights after seeing mine.

0 | 0 I had a shapelight base replaced. It was still under guarantee and was speedily received. I have 2 pillar Shapelights which I gifted to a friend .I also have 2 cubes and 100 fairy lights. I love them all. They light up my garden so perfectly The Solar Centre offers excellent products at an excellent price and second to none service.

1 | 0 After waiting a week for my email to be replied to, I phoned customer service and as light was still in guarantee and got a new replacement base for my shapelight the next day, no quibbles. All working perfectly now.
