At first I was sceptical about the need for such a garment, but on conducting research about the hard line the 'Russian Ultras' have, I'm now certain this flashing LED screen on my chest will defuse any unnecessary tension.

0 | 0 The chaps and I have tickets to watch some of World Cup in Russia this summer. However, as none of us are particularly skilful in the fine art of pugilism, and as our Russian friends seem particularly eager to dish out a few hammer and sickles, we thought this t-shirt would make the ideal cover.
