During the winter months, the sun is pretty low and we don't get much of it so if the lights are not on a south-facing wall they would take a little longer to charge. Could I ask if you can help with a little troubleshooting please, if you can switch the light off for 3 to 5 days let the panel gather a charge in the sun and they should work when you turn them back on may just need a boost. Please let me know how you get on.

The shimmer pebbles come with a remote that you can use to switch them on and off at will, however they cannot be set to a certain time or to run for a precise period of time.
